Who we are
Agriflyte LLC ("Agriflyte", "we", "us") is a drone services company based in Norman, Oklahoma, operating under FAA Part 107. You can reach us at deyan@agriflyte.com or (904) 502 - 1344.
This policy explains what we collect through agriflyte.com, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address and project details you type, and whether you checked the newsletter box. That is the only information this website asks you for.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or session recording on this site, and we do not set cookies of our own. If that changes, this page will change with it.
Two third parties receive limited data as a technical consequence of the site working: our form processor receives whatever you submit, and Google Fonts receives your IP address when your browser requests the site’s typeface.
How we use it
We use your submission to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out work you engage us for. If you opted in, we use your email address to send occasional updates — every one of those emails includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect a project we are working on together.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Who processes it
Contact form submissions are processed and stored by Formspree, Inc., which forwards them to our email. Our email is hosted by our mail provider. Both are bound by their own privacy terms and act as processors on our behalf.
We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Aerial imagery
This section is about flights, not the website. When we fly a site, we capture imagery of the property at the direction of the property owner, developer or their authorised representative. Captures are planned to the subject property.
Aerial imagery taken at altitude may incidentally include people, vehicles or neighbouring property. We do not attempt to identify individuals, we do not use aerial imagery for surveillance of people, and we do not sell captured imagery to third parties.
Rights to project deliverables are set by the agreement for that project. We retain original captures as part of the project record, and we use imagery in our own marketing only with the client’s permission. If you believe your property appears in imagery on this site and you would like it removed, email deyan@agriflyte.com and we will address it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while we are in contact with you and for as long as we may need the record for the business relationship, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Project data and captures are retained for the life of the project and the period afterwards that the client’s documentation needs require.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email deyan@agriflyte.com and we will respond. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law; we apply these choices to everyone regardless.
Security
This site is a static website with no user accounts, no database and no logins. It is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection to our processor. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but there is no store of visitor data on this site to breach.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We update this policy when what we do changes. The date at the top reflects the current version. Last updated July 31, 2026.
