Representative deliverable

In short

Commercial aerial imaging is professional drone photography and video of a property, produced to show scale, frontage, access and adjacency in a single frame. Agriflyte shoots graded stills and edited reels at up to 5.1K for commercial real estate brokers, property managers and developers in Norman and Oklahoma City.

Who it’s for

Built for the people who have to make the call.

01

CRE brokers

Show scale, access and adjacency in one frame.

02

Property managers

Current marketing assets and roof/lot condition in one visit.

03

Developers

Sell the pad, the frontage and the traffic count visually.

04

Municipalities & EDCs

Site-selection packages that actually get opened.

The problem

Ground-level photos cannot show scale, access, or what is next door.

A listing shot from the parking lot tells a prospect nothing about the envelope, the drive approaches, the parking count, or the retail neighbors driving traffic. Everyone’s marketing looks the same, and the property that photographs poorly from eye level gets skipped.

  • No way to show frontage, access and adjacency in one image
  • Parking, circulation and expansion room impossible to convey
  • Marketing assets that look identical to every competing listing
  • Separate trips for photos, video and roof or lot condition checks
How Agriflyte solves it

Cinematic aerials that read as a property brief, not a drone video.

We plan shots around what actually sells the asset: the approach, the frontage, the envelope, the parking field, the neighbors. You get a finished still set graded for print and web, plus a short edited reel built for listing pages, LinkedIn and investor decks — and we capture roof and lot condition on the same flight.

  • Shot list built from the leasing or sales story
  • Golden-hour scheduling where the light matters
  • Graded stills sized for print, listing platforms and social
  • Edited reel with clean motion, no gimmicks

Commercial Aerial Imaging — questions

What people ask before they book this.

Something not covered here? Email deyan@agriflyte.com and you’ll get a real answer, not a brochure.

What do I get from a commercial aerial imaging shoot?
A typical Agriflyte shoot delivers 20–40 color-graded stills in print and web resolutions, a 60–90 second edited hero reel, vertical and square cutdowns for social platforms, a straight-down site overview, and roof and lot condition frames from the same flight — all licensed for unlimited marketing use.
How soon are aerial photos and video delivered?
Agriflyte delivers graded stills and the edited reel within three business days of the shoot, with rush turnaround available. Shoots are scheduled around light and weather, so a golden-hour window may set the capture date.
Do you need permission to fly over a commercial property?
Agriflyte needs the property owner or manager to authorize the shoot, and the flight itself must comply with FAA Part 107 rules. Most of the Oklahoma City metro sits under controlled airspace, so we also file LAANC authorization before the flight is confirmed.

Send the parcel and what you need to see. You’ll get a flight plan, a deliverable list and a flat quote — usually the same day.
