- Do you need permission to fly over a commercial property?
- Agriflyte needs the property owner or manager to authorize the shoot, and the flight itself must comply with FAA Part 107 rules. Most of the Oklahoma City metro sits under controlled airspace, so we also file LAANC authorization before the flight is confirmed.
